Terms & Conditions

Optional service updates and requested business conversations by text from ProductPorter LLC.

Effective 6 October 2026

SMS Terms

What you are signing up for

When you choose to enroll your own US mobile number, you agree to receive ProductPorter text messages about support, document processing, invoices, purchase orders and restock status. This program does not include advertising or promotional messages. SMS enrollment does not authorize changes to your store, enroll a colleague, or accept a ProductPorter service subscription.

Message frequency varies with your activity and support requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. SMS is optional and is not required to use or purchase ProductPorter. Ask your carrier about your plan.

How to enroll in service updates

In your private setup form or ProductPorter Settings, enter a mobile number you use, review the SMS disclosure and these terms, check the optional consent box and choose Save SMS consent. The box starts unchecked. Saving setup answers or adding an intake phone number does not enroll anyone. Each recipient must make their own choice.

Your enrollment confirmation appears on the page. Consent may be saved while messaging setup is being completed; texts begin only after the program is approved and enabled.

Requested business conversations

Customers, prospective customers, vendors and other business contacts may ask ProductPorter to discuss a specific business topic by text. When you text us first, we may reply about that inquiry. If you ask us in person or by phone to text you, or give us your number expressly for that follow-up, we retain the affirmative request, its date and method, your number and the agreed topic before sending.

These conversations are limited to the topic you requested and do not enroll you in recurring service updates. Recurring updates require the separate web consent described above. We do not use an exchanged business card or a publicly listed phone number as permission to send texts.

The first outgoing text identifies ProductPorter and explains how to stop texts. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. SMS is optional. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for assistance, or email support@productporter.com.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to the ProductPorter number to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. You can also choose Turn off SMS in the setup form or Settings, or ask us at support@productporter.com. SMS opt-out does not disable document intake, portal access or other configured notification methods.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@productporter.com.

If you previously replied STOP, reply START to lift the messaging block, then return to the consent form and explicitly enroll again. START alone does not restore recurring ProductPorter updates. START alone also does not restore permission for a requested conversation. We need fresh consent before sending further messages after withdrawal.

Delivery and your number

Text delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notify us or turn off SMS before giving up or changing an enrolled number.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use mobile numbers, messages and consent records. We do not sell mobile information or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
